My newborn sessions are calm, natural and baby-led, with gentle posing, soft tones and no heavy props. The focus is always your baby, your connection, and the photographs your family will treasure long after this stage has passed.
Our cosy Walthamstow studio is warm and welcoming, with everything set up to make your session stress-free.
While you are in our studio, you will take the time to pause, soak it all in, and capture these precious early days forever.
During the session we’ll take time to capture all the magic of those early: from softly wrapped swaddles to capturing all those tiny details, tiny fingers, delicate lashes, and the way they fit so perfectly in your arms. We know how fast these moments fly by, and we want to make sure you have beautiful memories to hold onto. This is not a heavily staged newborn session. No gimmicks, no forced poses, no pressure. Just your baby, your connection, and the small details you’ll forget first.

What to Expect from Your Newborn Photoshoot

From the moment you arrive at our cosy London studio (Walthamstow), you’ll be welcomed into a calm, relaxing space where you can simply enjoy this special time with your baby.
We know how precious (and sometimes overwhelming!) those first few weeks can be, so our sessions are completely baby-led.
This allows plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and settling to make sure your little one is happy and comfortable.
As an experienced newborn photographer in London, we’ve created a studio environment designed to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
You can sit back and relax on our comfy sofa while we gently guide your baby through the session, capturing all the tiny details that make these early days so magical. Whether it’s their soft little fingers curled up, delicate eyelashes, or that adorable newborn stretch, we’ll create images that bring back these moments for years to come.
If you’d love to include your partner or older children, they are more than welcome to join in. These first family portraits are so special, and we’ll make sure everyone feels at ease in front of the camera.

YOUR SESSION
Most sessions last around 1 to 1½ hours. It is be entirely baby-led and shot in my signature, timeless all-white style. The session will focus on capturing those beautiful, tiny features and the incredible bond between you and your little one.
WHEN TO BOOK
Newborn session is best done in the first two weeks of your baby's life, because babies at that age are still very sleepy and that helps achieve adorable poses that families have grown to love. Don't worry if you have missed that window. I absolutely LOVE working with older babies that are 2, 3, 4 months old (and beyond that). Older newborns are more aware of what is going on around them, so we are more likely to capture wide-open eyes and expressions!
BOOKING
When you are ready to book, you can secure your appointment for a £90 session fee. After that is done, your due date will be saved in my calendar and I will wait for your baby to arrive! As a newborn photographer in London, this is the exciting part for me - I can't wait to hear fro you about your new arrival!
YOUR VIEWING APPOINTMENT
Usually 2-3 weeks time after your Newborn Photoshoot I will invite you back to the studio your viewing and ordering appointment. This is when you select the photos you love and want to keep forever! At your viewing appointments we can discuss the best products and packages for you.
Everything Parents Ask Before Booking Their Newborn Session
WHEN SHOULD i BOOK THE SESSION?
The best time to reserve your newborn session is while you're still pregnant, ideally after your 20-week scan.
Rather than booking a fixed date, I reserve space around your due date. Once your baby arrives, we'll confirm the most suitable session date together.
Booking early means you won't have the added stress of searching for a photographer after the birth, when life becomes beautifully busy.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Simple, neutral colours always photograph beautifully.
Soft creams, whites, beiges, greys and earthy tones help keep the attention where it belongs—on your family and your connection.
Before your session, you'll receive a preparation guide with plenty of suggestions to help you choose outfits with confidence.
My baby has already been born. Is it too late?
Not at all.
While many newborn sessions take place within the first two weeks, beautiful photographs can be created well beyond that.
Every baby is different, and my calm, baby-led approach means we work around your little one's stage and personality. Whether your baby is 10 days, 6 weeks or a little older, I'll create timeless images that celebrate this precious chapter.
What if my baby cries or won't settle?
Please don't worry.
Babies cry, need feeding, cuddles and comfort—that's completely normal.
Your session is never rushed. We simply pause whenever your baby needs you, allowing plenty of time for feeding, changing or soothing. Some of the most meaningful moments happen during those quiet pauses.
Do you use props or themed setups?
My style is simple, natural and timeless.
Rather than elaborate props or heavily themed setups, I focus on your baby's tiny details, gentle connection and beautiful light.
Years from now, your photographs will still feel elegant and true to this special stage of life.
Will you pose my baby?
Yes, but always gently and safely.
My posing style is natural and baby-led, meaning I only work with poses that your baby is comfortable in. Your baby's safety and wellbeing are always my highest priority.
How long does a newborn session last?
Most sessions last around 1 to 1½ hours.
Because every baby is different, I work entirely around your little one's needs rather than watching the clock.
